We are pleased to announce the 9th International Conference of Fuzzy Information and Engineering (ICFIAE). This conference will be held on February 13-15, 2019 at Kish Island, Iran with the cooperation of International Fuzzy Information and Engineering Association (CHIPS), Iranian Operations Research Society, Foshan University, Iranian Fuzzy Systems Society, University of Mazandaran,  International Center of Optimization and Decision Making (ODM) and certain scientific organizations of in Iran and around the world. The conference aims to provide the latest scientific researches in Fuzzy sets theory, and other related sciences with the collaboration of researchers and linking organizations of this field of study. We hope that this conference provides all the relevant aspects of fuzzy sets theory in different areas of sciences, engineering and in particular, its applications. The goal of this conference is the partnership of all scientific centers, making communication with national and international related societies, and the invitation of prominent figures with respect to scientific communication and making a proper situation in order to exchange ideas as well as making those who are interested in this field of study more familiar with international scopes.
