The second international and 11th national Iranian Conference on Bioinformatic emphasizes the algorithmic, mathematical, statistical and computational methods in bioinformatics and computational biology; the development and testing of effective computer programs in bioinformatics; and important biological results that are obtained from the use of these methods, programs and databases. As such, ICB11 intends to consider abstracts with the following topics for publication:
